For all non-fee paying clinicians and academics we send packages free of charge by air mail or first class mail. If you need the package more quickly and would like it sent by courier, please include your courier account number (eg FedEx, TNT, UPS etc).

For organisations who pay the user fee, we cover the cost of shipping by courier
